Concessions in Industrial Estates formed by TANSIDCO
The initial payment in respect of Plots has been
reduced from 25% to 15% in the women industrial Parks
Developed Plots/ sheds are allotted to entrepreneurs on following methods to entrepreneurs depending on the location of the industrial estates
25% of plot cost within 2 months from date of allotment order failing which the Allotment shall stand automatically cancelled and the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) will be forfeited.

The requests of allottees, (who are unable to run the industries due to various reasons such as financial crisis etc.) for Transfer, Sale, Lease to another entrepreneur, are considered and permission given quickly by TANSIDCO by collecting transaction fee as prescribed from time to time.
TANSIDCO is giving N.O.C to the allottees for mortgaging their Developed Plots / Work Sheds to any Banks / Financial Institutions for availing loans and a prescribed processing fee will be collected from allottees for issue of such N.O.Cs.

Beyond 6 Months,time extension for payment at 13% interest will be given on the merit of the case and for the belated payments.
1 year moratorium period is provided during which only interest has to be paid in three equal quarterly installments. Penal interest at 2% above the current interest rate will be collected extra for the belated payment of instalments for the belated period.
For the benefit of Micro Enterprises, Tiny Plots in sizes from 5 cents to 15 cents are being allotted to Micro Enterprises under Hire Purchase Scheme enabling the Micro Enterprises to start Industries.
No moratorium period for Micro Enterprises.

Allottees have to construct the building, erect plant and machinery and start commercial production within a period of 2 years of handover of the plot. Sale Deed for the allotted plot will be executed by TANSIDCO after starting of commercial production activities in the shed/plot certified by the concerned Branch Manager and Utilization of atleast 50% of the allotted extent certified by the concerned Branch Manager
Within 45 days from the date of payment of full amount. If the Allottee fails to execute the Lease deed within the stipulated time, a penalty of 0.5% of the prevailing Commercial Plot cost shall be levied for every 30 days beyond the stipulated time. Within 15 days from the date of execution/registration of lease deed .Failure to do so will entitle TANSIDCO to cancel the allotment and execute the cancellation deed.

Rent cost to be paid on monthly basis before 10th of every month.

Priority is given in allotment of developed plots / sheds to the following categories:
If sufficient number of the applicants are not available in these categories, the plots/sheds will be taken up for allotment to other categories.
As per G.O.Ms.No.72 dated 21.06.2013 of Commercial Tax & Registration Department, industrial units located in the Industrial Estates of TANSIDCO are exempted from paying 50% of Stamp Duty & Registration fee while registering the sale deed for sheds / plots for the purchase from TANSIDCO.
